Requirements for Renting

· 2 years stable work history at the same position or job/company.

· No evictions or failure to pay rent filings. No major collections with everyday bills. Such as BG&E utilities Comcast, Verizon, auto insurance, car payments etc..

· No criminal activity in Maryland judiciary case search.

· Income must be verifiable and three times industry average. Example: if your rent is $1500 you must earn before taxes of $4500 a month as a household.  All income must be verifiable.  It must be verifiable through pay stubs and bank statements.  Cash income not deposited in the bank does not qualify.

· All adults 18 and older must complete an application. The application is free unless we rent to you and then we will charge you $30 for each adult.

· You must be able to place a deposit equal to one month’s rent within 24 hours of viewing the house and being approved.
